When I order the admin forms, do I personalize them at the same time at the same time? Or can I log back in and personalize them at a later date? Another related question if I personalize them and then my office moves can I change the personalization or do I have to re-purchase them. Thank you.

I bought the clinical forms in December. I have not yet begun using them but plan to soon and also integrating clinical forms. It’s a lot to change everything but I like your style thank you.
Hi Cynthia, thank you for asking. You can personalize them when you purchase them. You can personalize them at a later date if your office moves. No re-purchase required. We worked it all out for you and designed the program the way we would want it to work for our own use.
